I discovered the Newberg Animal Shelter on one of my late night searches for adoptable dogs on the internet. I should be sleeping but I’m instead looking for dogs to adopt, I know…

When I first visited their site, I knew that it was a generic WordPress template and it was lacking images of dogs & cats, that I was expecting. I watched a video on their about page about the shelter’s history and how the whole town came together to help with the shelter once the city couldn’t run it anymore. I can’t do the story justice, just watch the video.

I knew that I could help them with their web presence so I reached out and offered to donate a brand new site to them. A couple weeks later, I received a very grateful email taking me up on my offer and the rest all fell into place. I hope that their shiny new site will help them save even more animals, they saved over 700 last year! That’s a lot!
